The Felt Sense

The Felt Sense, developed by philosopher Eugene Gendlin, functions as a connection between the mind and the body. Gendlin studies highlight how most of the times our body “knows the answer” to choices and situations we face in life, holding an emotional intelligence that is capable to communicate to us subconsciously.

Rather than assessing the past feeling and exposing all the content, in the coaching process you get in touch with your present felt sense that allows you to focus on what is un-clear, to go where something is not ok and raise awareness of what often is an unclear territory but speaks ultimately to us about things that now have to be said….letting the uncomfortable be present to use it as data to improve life and work balance.
