About Us

After more than 20 years working in the financial markets, with working experiences in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Family offices, I have chosen the path to became an Executive Coach. My choice comes after more than two years of studies and personal growth, during which I have developed the emotional grounds and motivational roots at the base of my coaching mission and philosophy.

As a business executive, woman, wife and mother I have experienced in all my roles the challenges, impacts and effects of high profile jobs and I am committed to ensure that my clients gain wealth, confidence, awareness and self-development in the coaching process.

My methodology is based on application of a system psychodynamic approach, focus primarily in supporting executives in improving while facing development, performance, transition and team challenges. Most of my clients are facing periods of unexpected changes, might feel temporarily overworked or overwhelmed, are subject to high level of stress and/or have developed concerns on how to reduce the negative impact of this events in their professional life and on their health.

My client base is primarily in Central London, but I support also clients oversea and travel regularly to the USA, Asia and Middle East.
