About Me

After more than 20 years working in the financial markets, with working experiences in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Family offices, I have chosen the path to became an Executive Coach. My choice comes after more than two years of studies and personal growth, during which I have developed the emotional grounds and motivational roots at the base of my coaching mission and philosophy.

Now my purpose as a Coach is to support Executives to understand that we all have blind spots, but we also have an inner felt sense of what we need in life. The hunger of fulfilment we sense, may actually be fed by working harmoniously within the system. That if we activate our emotional intelligence while playing the game of thrones, we can actually reach the top being interdependent rather than isolated.

My work

The coaching practice that I am proposing is drawn from my background and is based on the application of what I have learned in all my professional life and - if you share my financial background - you would be familiar with the concept of “Present Value Model”.

According to my studies, it turns out that perceived emotions (the Felt Sense) are actually a good forecasting element for future returns, and should not be discharges in the implementation of any professional and personal model aimed to reach the efficient frontier.

The Psychodynamic Coaching Methodology

Psychodynamic coaching uses emotional intelligence as a data input to raise awareness on each individual core needs within its holding environment. The coaching model is defined by the analysis of how personality (P), roles in life (R) and organisations (O) impact our personal and professional life. The PRO model coaching technique allows individuals to embrace a development process that support internal personal growth and behavioural changes aimed to improve wealth, productivity, leadership and managerial skills. The technique can be applied to individual coaching or group coaching and focuses on the analysis of the impact of subconscious dynamics in the ways we interact with each other. In coaching, a grow mind-set approach supports the evolution of skills that allow improvement in personal and organisational life.
